Anatoly Moskowitz, a resident of Rishon Lezion, was brought before the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court on suspicion of making a false statement about living in a locality that provides a tax benefit, in order to enjoy it illegally. The Honorable Justice Elazar Bialin released the suspect on restrictive conditions.
The arrest request states that as part of the activities of the Jerusalem and Southern Income Tax Investigations Assessing Officer in cooperation with the Ashkelon Assessing Officer, the suspicion arose that Moskowitz, who serves as CEO of Intergata Food Industries for chocolate production, illegally enjoyed the tax benefit. It turned out that in the years 2010-2019 he reported in Form 101 that his place of residence is in Sderot, a locality that enjoys a tax benefit, even though in practice he lived in Rishon Lezion, so the suspect consistently and systematically took advantage of the tax benefit given to Sderot residents. “H.
In addition, during the investigation, it emerged that Moskowitz had a number of assets from which he generated income in the years 2011-2019 in the amount of approximately NIS 600,000, without reporting them on time.
The Honorable Justice Elazar Bialin of the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court released the suspect on restrictive conditions, including a personal commitment of NIS 300,000, a third-party guarantee in the amount of NIS 100,000, and a cash deposit of NIS 5,000.
