Vikrant star Massey Switchh is finally getting out to see the light of day. Directed by Mustufa Raj, made in 2014, and looking at the trailer, you can understand how old-fashioned the film is today. The film will stream on Eros Now from March 21st.
The action thrush enters the life of a group of friends, who use their charm to take people away for money. As these hustlers intend to crack the theft of the pool, they must also deal with friendship, love and betrayal among them. Headed by Vikrant Massey, Switchh will also feature Naren Kumar, Madhu Sneha, Tanvi Vyas, Veer Aryan and Niten Mirani.
The trailer opens with Vikrant Massey’s character, Sam shouting that money can solve 99 out of 100 problems. He then sets his girlfriend Myra (Sena) to seduce a romance with tycoon rick Neil (Kumar), in order to extract money from him. However, things get worse, and Sam has to change his place with Neil to save his love and life. The film has some interesting moments, especially when it looks at racing cars and some fighting sequences. However, the achievements of most actors are average.
Massey, who has given us amazing performances in films like A Death In The Gunj, Chhapaak, and Cargo, among others, looks wrong in Switchh. I wonder what he would have to say about his work in the film. Other actors are forgetful so is the film. We’ve had a lot of dog drama and thrillers in the last few years, and we were able to easily avoid this project with too much delay.
Commenting on the film, Ridhima Lulla, chief content officer, Eros Group, said in a statement, “Switchh is an exciting story that leaves viewers at the edge of their seats. The story, screen and performances are perfectly woven together to give an interesting experience to an audience. ”
Produced by Nine Hope Productions, Ashwini Sehdev, Vinod Adnani and Harish Purswani Switchh will stream on Eros Now from March 21st.
