Iran will soon unveil a “helpful” action plan, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Friday, after European sources said Tehran had given positive signs of opening informal talks on its nuclear program .
“As Iran ‘s FM [foreign minister] & a leading nuclear arbitrator, I will be unveiling our helpful concrete action plan shortly – through proper diplomatic channels, ”Zarif said on Twitter.
A French diplomatic source and another European official said on Thursday that Iran had given encouraging signs in the past few days about opening informal talks after European powers scrapped plans to criticize Tehran at a group nuclear watch of the DA.

Iran has so far refused to take part in a meeting that broke down the European Union between world powers and the United States on the revival of the 2015 nuclear treaty.
Iran’s nuclear policy is decided by the country’s top authority, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and not the president or the government.
Tehran and Washington have emerged from former U.S. President Donald Trump’s attempts to destroy Iran’s nuclear deal but are locked in a standoff over who should move first to save it. Trump withdrew from the landmark deal in 2018.
Britain, France and Germany decided to stop submitting a resolution criticizing Iran at the International Atomic Energy Organization (IAEA) on Thursday so as not to undermine the prospects for diplomacy, following what they said were discounts received from Iran to deal with separate nuclear issues.
