Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is looking forward to the release of her next film Roohi on March 11th. In a recent interview with Date, Janhvi talked about the release of the film’s theater and how she wants it to bring people back together, just like in the old days.
“I hope it works out – the general look in theaters is so great and has been part of our culture from the beginning of time. I wish he died of the pandemic; we need to keep it alive, but we need to be as safe as we can be and take all the warnings we need, ”said Janhvi.
In 2020, Janhvi saw the release of Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl on Netflix. The film was earlier recorded for a theater release but put up its plan due to the pandemic. Actress Dhadak admitted that she was “disrespecting the accessibility of OTT platforms earlier” but has now “found that you get such global access” because of platforms OTT.
With many films announcing their theater release dates in the last few weeks, it’s starting to look like Bollywood is getting back into its box office game.
