At the time of this writing, there had been no official word for a second season for the beloved Netflix
NFLX
Here are three sets, two available for streaming now, and one set for the first time this week, which will take a look at all the boxes. Each focuses on the experimental connections between female best friends and in one case, a separate mother-daughter relationship. Never underestimate the power of love and while there is a romantic hatred for these gals, it is the way these women stand together that stands out.

Dead to Me (Two Seasons, 20 Episodes) – Real friends know where the bodies are buried because, well, they’re right next to you in the dirty, gloomy way. Again, this is the story of two best friends and nothing, not even murder, it can destroy this connection. Jen (Christina Applegate) and Judy (Linda Cardellini) are forever bound together by death, each killing the other. One thing is for sure, as the stakes grow higher, this pair will stick together. At the end of the second season, the two appear to be on their way to a somewhat peaceful and even, perhaps, fun-filled life. Anyone who watches this show knows that nothing will ever be easy for these two. This series is all about wonder and joy. There are certainly a lot of twists and turns but at its heart, this is a story about the friendship between two women who know all the dark parts of each other and remain loyal throughout. Fans are excited for the third 10-program season, which is expected to be the last.
