Manchester United to move either David De Gea or Dean Henderson forward at the end of the season

It has been reported that Premier League giants Manchester United are willing to move one of their keepers forward in the summer, with behind-the-scenes problems cited as the reason for it.

David De Gea and Dean Henderson have both been battling out Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first number this season, and so far, Norway have put their faith behind an old Spaniard. .

Henderson has made just three Premier League appearances so far this season, and has already voiced his desire to feature more for Manchester United’s first team. .

According to The Sun, the battle between the two keepers is becoming a problem behind the scenes at Old Trafford. The club have now decided to let one of them leave in the summer, either permanently or on loan.

It is now said that Solskjaer is keen to bring in another keeper, who would have no problem with being the underdog at Old Trafford. Reports suggest that the manager is looking to bring in a backup who will not complain that they have to spend much of the season on the bench.

De Gea has been a good servant for Manchester United since joining them in 2011, and has made over 400 appearances for the Red Devils.

Recently, however, De Gea ‘s place as the starting goalkeeper for Manchester United has come under scrutiny, following a few non – sexual errors. Earlier this month, De Gea made a big mistake against Everton at Old Trafford, which allowed Dominic Calvert-Lewin to score on a late equalizer.
