Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Haifa in the ugly confrontation (Omri Stein)
Hapoel Haifa worked for many hours on a letter of defense that will be submitted to the Dayan Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association tonight (Wednesday) that will decide on the penalties of the defendants in the last derby, who were involved in the brawl.
