After being defeated in its last two games 94:66 by Hapoel Jerusalem and 100:74 by Maccabi Tel Aviv, Rami Hadar’s Hapoel Beer Sheva is getting stronger when it announced tonight (Tuesday) the signing of 25-year-old forward, Nick Hornsby, on a contract long-term.
Hornsby, who stands 2.01 meters tall, is a graduate of Sacramento State University, who averaged 11.3 points and 8 rebounds per game in 2017, his final season in college. Hornsby began his European career with the German Gissen (12.1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists), and in the last two seasons starred at Bayer Leverkusen in the German sub-league, where he averaged 14.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.2 assists, while winning the forward title this season .
