The Portuguese phenomenon recorded an amazing off-field milestone today (Friday), becoming the first person to reach 500 million followers on various social networks – Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
CR7 has no less than 261 million followers on Instagram as of this writing, plus 148 million on Facebook and another 91 million on Twitter – half a billion in total. The star recently celebrated 36 and reached no less than 300 goals in his career after the age of 30, and among other things became on the road the greatest conqueror of all time when he broke the record of Joseph Bitzan.
