Israel posts 4,557 new virus cases, 33 new deaths

Israel on Monday reported 4,557 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed a day earlier and 33 new coronavirus-related deaths.

The Ministry of Health said it performed more than 52 coronavirus tests on Sunday, bringing the fall rate at 8.8%.

The number of vaccines among children under 50 has also risen, with 31.5% of people aged 20–29 receiving the first dose, 39.8% of people aged 30-39 and 58.3% of people aged 40- 49.

More than 85% of Israelis aged 70-79 have received a second dose.
