Rupert Grint on the Harry Potter TV series: It would be weird if a show was a sequel

English actor Rupert Grint, best known for playing the role of Ron Weasely in the Harry Potter film franchise, has opened up about the TV show that is reportedly being developed at HBO Max.

Grint said he feels very protective of Ron and that it would be strange if the show, which the Hollywood Reporter said in the works, followed the story of Harry, Ron and Hermione.

Speaking to Variety, he said, “It would be weird if it was some kind of ongoing thing. I strangely feel very immune to that character. Even when I saw the stage shows, it was a very strange experience. … If it’s like another group of friends, I think it would be interesting. ”

Grint appeared in all Harry Potter films.

As well as Harry Potter, he is also famous for films like Cross of Honor, The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman, Moonwalkers among others.

Rupert Grint has also starred in TV shows such as Snatch, The BBC ‘s The ABC Murders and most recently the Apple TV + mental horror series called Servant.
