Like most of the world, she has been languishing in a lock down.

And in terms of coronavirus crisis, Rihanna has admitted that she has been ‘humble’ with the pandemic and has found escape in simple places – such as watching TV shows for- really, cooking and exercise.

Hit player Rude Boy, 32, spoke to Women’s Health UK about how she has coped, saying: ” He’s been humble too. It has affected so many people in so many ways – it reminded me of the importance of appreciating the little things in life. ‘

With coronavirus having ravaged the world over the past year, Rihanna admitted that she, like so many others, was determined to escape.

She revealed her approach, saying: ” I’ve never made a secret of my love for reality TV and, in lockdown, I’ve been reversing Vanderpump ‘s Rules. ..

‘I honestly can’t get enough of it. When I actually watch TV, I can lie on the bed and turn my mind from going. It’s what I am – and it’s a real escapism. ‘

On the pandemic, she said: ” I’ve enjoyed doing the little things I don’t usually do, like cooking, going for a walk and cycling …

Like so many, Rihanna admitted that she can be tough on herself, but reiterated the importance of self-care, explaining: ” I’m someone who loves to feel in control and last year was sad there, like so many of us, I felt like that wasn’t true …

‘That’s why it’s so important to be kind to yourself. Pamper afternoon, a chilly night where you order in your favorite food – whatever makes you feel good. For me, that ‘s a movie and ice cream night. ‘
