Geneva [Switzerland], February 2 (ANI / Sputnik): The global decline in the number of emerging cases of COVID-19 suggests that the virus can be controlled regardless of its mutations, said World Health Organization (WHO) Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
“For the third week in a row, the number of new cases of # COVID19 reported fell worldwide last week. The WHO leader warned governments not to open too soon, as this could allow the coronavirus to return in full force. Tedros said governments need to make appropriate changes, such as making quarantine measures easier to adhere to.
