Yossi Aboksis (Martin Gutdamek)
Not quiet in the training of Hapoel Beer Sheva this morning (Saturday). About 50 fans of the team came to the Red House complex and cursed the team’s coach Yossi Aboksis, because of the weak ability in the last games. The small stand overlooking the training ground, which is usually locked, was opened by the fans, who claimed that the ability in the loss against Bnei Sakhnin was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
A number of police vehicles were waiting for the fans to disperse, but after the forces left the scene, they returned to the training complex and started cursing Aboksis and some of the players. Joshua Pashkira asked fans to relax and leave the venue, as did CEO Asi Rahamim.

Although the team has managed to score a lot of points in recent games, the bad ability manages to arouse the frustrated fans. “You can understand the fans who are angry about the team’s ability, but curses will not help. We need to support the system so that everyone gets confidence and gets better,” said a source close to Be’er Sheva.
The club understands that some of the team players are simply not good enough for the level expected of the team that wants to run at the top, but because owner Alona Barkat is not willing to invest more money, no dramatic changes in the staff are expected. Aboksis also knows that without reinforcement it will be difficult for him to improve the level of the team and in an interview after the loss to Sakhnin he also stated the importance of getting stronger with at least two or three players.
