According to several agencies, soldiers had no security threats.
In all, three people were arrested in Washington, DC on Bail Day.
A large gathering of soldiers was seen after the inauguration – the number of defenders and women fell from more than 26,000 on Wednesday to 10,600 as of Thursday.
Officials are planning ways to return even more troops to their home states in the coming days as at least three governors have now asked members of their National Guard to return them.
Since its inception, Republican Governors Chris Sununu of New Hampshire have been; Ron DeSantis of Florida; Greg Gianforte of Montana; and Greg Abbott of Texas have all announced that they are taking the troops home from Washington.
‘I have ordered the immediate return of all New Hampshire National Guards from Washington DC,’ Sununu said in a tweet. ‘They have done an admirable job serving the capital of our country in times of conflict and should be graciously praised, not under conditions of inferiority. ‘
Abbott said on Twitter Thursday: ‘I have instructed General Norris to order the return of the Texas National Guard to our state. ‘
DeSantis said in a tweet Friday night: ‘Last night, I ordered General Adjutant to take home Florida National Guard troops from the National Capital Department. ‘
The Florida governor has responded to the dissatisfaction of other state leaders with the fact that the FBI investigated all the troops that were brought into Washington, and as a result at least 12 were evacuated. .
He told Fox & Friends that it was time for soldiers to leave the ‘half-cocked mission’.
Legislators expressed anger earlier in the week over the way their investors were treated when using them in the country’s capital.
Pictures surfaced early on showing members sleeping on the Congress floor and it was recently reported that they had been ordered to spend time resting in the middle of 12-hour motions in a parking garage.
U.S. Capitol Police have denied telling the U.S. Capitol guard to leave. Lawyers have promised to find out what happened.

At least four governors remember their troops returning to their home states after an incident broke out when images of a National Guard and women forced them to rest in a parking garage.

In the midst of 12-hour maneuvers, service members were told if they needed a nap or break that required them to use parking garages instead of Congress halls.
‘We remain a flexible and agile force to prepare for the safety and security of the capitol and surrounding areas,’ a National Guard Bureau spokesman said. ‘Our soldiers go to hotel rooms or other comfortable accommodation at the end of the movement.’
While many guards and women are returning to their states soon, a DC home security official says there are still threats that require a military presence in the area.
Christopher Rodriguez said the city wants continued support from the Guard with traffic management and population control through Jan. 30.
He said: ‘we expect another National Special Security Event to take place in a joint session of Congress.’
Rodriguez said the required numbers of troops are still being worked out.
Some organizations want continuity of activity, additional support and time to reassemble their forces. Around 7,000 National Guard staff are expected to provide that support by the end of the month, ‘the guard said in a statement on Thursday.
