Man Utd plan loan moves for € 10m Pellistri teenager as substitute advert at La Liga turnout

The Red Devils have high hopes for the Uruguayan youngster, but are aware that his continued development will require a consistent playing period.

Manchester United are set to take control of a loan for Facundo Pellistri, the Uruguayan representative has claimed.

The Red Devils bought into the 19-year-old’s capacity during the 2020 summer transfer window.

A € 10million (£ 9m / $ 12m) deal has been made with Penarol, with an exciting player making his way to Old Trafford.

Great things are expected from Pellistri in England, but it remains one for United ‘s future.

The Red Devils are hoping to see a path to their first team, but are aware that continued development of a hot view is going to require regular game time.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is unable to offer those opportunities at the moment, with his side engaged in the Premier League title challenge, so other options are being explored.

Another window is open, meaning Pellistri is free to go elsewhere, and his representative says a turn to La Liga is lined up.

Edgardo Laslvia has stated Fichajes: “We’re working on that (movement), Spain is definitely the destination.”

Pellistri has spoiled his early progress with United with a bout of coronavirus, but has recovered from that and returned to training.

He is looking to learn as much as he can from working in Solskjaer’s full-star squad, with plenty of career models available in Manchester.

The youngster on the official Red Devils website said: “It’s been amazing training with boys like [Marcus] Rashford, [Paul] Pogba, [Juan] Mata and Edi [Cavani], who are very close friends of mine.

“It’s amazing to me because I watched them on TV and now I’m working with them. Their intensity, high quality, I enjoy playing with them and I improve a lot.

“I talk to Edi all the time and he’s a really nice guy. He is always trying to be around me, giving me advice and everything I need. He is there to help me and that is very important to me. I am very happy with that.

“I know he’s one of the best players in the world and one of the best players ever from Uruguay, but he’s also a very nice man.”
