Pokemon GO will be running a Hoenn Celebration event this week, which means Kyogre will be available to take down a loot. With the right Pokemon, it’s possible to take down the Legendary.
Kyogre is a real water type Pokémon, which makes fighting and raiding against him much simpler. This sort of means that players will give priority to Electric and Grass Pokemon when selecting their teams for the battle.
These types will do effective damage against other types of water, and Kyogre has been introduced. Neutral-type Pokémon, as well as Electric and Grass moves, can also be used to inflict massive damage.
Some of the best selections include Zekrom, Zapdos, Raikou, Electivire, and Tangrowth. There are many more Pokemon bricks that players can use and still be effective, but these are some of the best options for the fastest result in an attack.
CP also affects how the attacker or team works. Zapdos may be a good choice, but if it’s a low CP with bad stats, a different electrical option may be a better option. Especially with a lot more CP.
Kyogre in the attack sits at a hefty 54,411 CP, which is not easy to take down. Players are likely to need at least six players to hit Kyogre effectively, and level of influence will affect that as well.
Pokemon GO Hoenn celebration event and legendary prey
Kyogre is currently appearing in a raid due to the Hoenn Celebration event in Pokemon GO. Every generation has been having their own celebration week ever since Generation VI was released in the game. From there, the performances should go down to the main Kanto Celebration event in February.
For the Pokemon GO Hoenn event, Grogon will be with Kyogre in the raids. There is plenty of outdoor research activity for players to defeat them, and players will be rewarded with such prizes as happening and candies.
There is yet another Gathering Challenge based on Pokemon Hoenn area as well as Pokemon GO attack events. So far, it seems to be the easiest source with no evolution or shadow Pokemon involved in the mix. If players gather the nine in the collection, they will be given an elite collection badge.
After Hoenn, Johto will be released next week for the Celebration event itself in Pokemon GO, where players can continue to complete more challenges.
