(NYSE: PERI) publishes $ 50 million prospectus, as well as preliminary results for Q4 and 2020.

The company expects earnings per share for the fourth quarter in the range of 17 to 19 cents per share, and between 22 and 24 cents per share for the year 2020, the adjusted non-GAAP earnings will be in the range between 35 and 36 cents per share for the fourth quarter and between 80 cents and 82 Cents for the whole of 2020.

According to the company, adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $ 14.5 to 15 million in the fourth quarter, and in the range of $ 32 to 32.5 million for the year 2020, compared to a previous forecast for the quarter of $ 13 to 14 million and $ 30 to 31 $ 1 million for the entire year, when in fact half of the annual EBITDA will reach the company this quarter.

Annual revenue growth of 23%
The company’s revenues are expected to be in the range of $ 110 million to $ 115 million in the fourth quarter, and for the full year the company expects revenues of between $ 320 and $ 325 million. This is compared to a previous forecast that ranges from $ 100 million to $ 105 million for the fourth quarter and $ 310 to $ 31 million for the entire 2020 year.

Productivity will publish the full results on February 9, 2021, before the opening of trading on the Nasdaq. Last month, Productivity raised its forecasts, for the second quarter in a row, and received three buy recommendations from analysts with an upside of 33% on the market price at the time, and has since climbed 26.5%

The companies have been cooperating since 2010, when in 2019 Microsoft was responsible for about 60% of Productivity’s revenue.
