Jack Wall’s music delivers Call Of Duty Black Ops: Cold War ‘The’ 80’s Cool

Writer Jack Wall says the most important quality of it Black Ops Call of Duty series that it’s cool, and you should feel cool playing it. Call of Duty Black Ops – Cold War, created by Treyarc studio, the fifth Black ops game Jack has scored. He used the game’s setting in 1981 as the inspiration for a cool, tense soundtrack.

The game’s story mission follows CIA officer Russell Adler and his small team of ops as they follow an agent code named Perseus, a Soviet spy who aims to balance the power of the universe towards the Soviet Union. Jack says that he and the audio team decided that a chorus with a Russian sound was necessary to be an important part of the music. Creating a meaningful chorus through the epidemic was a unique process, with each singer recording their own, with Jack and his team composing the voices one after the other.

Jack says he enjoys working with Treyarc on the Black ops series because they are so passionate about great stories and character development, and he is looking forward to his next opportunity to work with them.
