The track “Qismat Ki Hawa Kabhi Naram” from the 1951 Hindi film Albela has recaptured a popular imagination using its re-created version of the Netflix movie Ludo. Now, singer-songwriter Shehnaaz Gill has stepped in and made a dance cover of the nostalgia number.
Like Shehnaaz, the dance cover is a ‘sweet’ ode to the song C Ramachandra. It’s as vibrant and efficient as the Bigg Boss rival before. But the dance is as universal as it can get. Of course, there is an amateur beast in the music video itself.
Seeing Shehnaaz Gill snap her leg in music videos these days is nothing new. Gill has appeared in a number of videos, including Tony Kakkar’s “Shona Shona” and Darshan Rawal’s “Bhula Dunga”.
Shehnaaz recently shot for the music video of a romantic song hung by the multi-faceted Shreya Ghoshal. The video, which also features Sidharth Shukla, is expected to release around Valentine’s Day this year.
