Sylves to Buzaglo and Ido Levy: Look for a new team

Beginning of an article

The January transfer window is approaching and preparations have already begun at Hapoel Haifa, with the goal being to free up a budget to add a senior striker and a foreign stopper to Haim Sylves’ squad. The coach started acting, when he called Almog Bouzaglo and Ido Levy for a conversation today (Monday) and informed them that they are not in the professional programs, the sports channel learned.

In a conversation Sylves had with Buzaglo, the coach explained to him that they need to release players in order to clear the budget and that he is interested in bringing reinforcements to a similar position. The attacking player, for his part, said he would agree to leave if an offer came from a team that would express readiness and seriousness towards him, but until then intends to stay and fight for his place.

The brake on the other hand has already experienced a similar conversation in the previous transfer window and the parties will try to reach an agreement on compensation, with Levy also likely to decide that he will stay at the club at all costs. Another person who may receive a similar message is Bar Cohen, on loan from Maccabi Tel Aviv, who was unable to adapt to Sylves’ team.

Meanwhile, the club are hoping that the corona outbreak in the team is behind them, after all six players have recovered, but had to undergo another round of tests this morning after the team physiotherapist was found to be positive for the virus. The answers are expected to arrive by tomorrow evening.
