Capcom has launched the much-anticipated demo for its upcoming Nintendo Switch release Monster Hunter Promotion.
Now that the download issues on the eShop have been resolved, VG Tech – the only YouTube channel that checked the performance of the demos for Hyrule Heroes: Age of Calamity and Pikmin 3 Deluxe – has a look at Monster Hunter ‘s new entry. It ensures that the game runs at a steady rate of 30 fps (in docked and manual mode), even in more intense times.
As for the mission, here’s a breakdown courtesy of the same channel:
Closed mode gives the game a resolution of around 1344×756 and gives the UI at 1920×1080.
Portable mode delivers the game at a resolution of around 960×540 and provides the UI at 1280×720.
It is worth noting that the demo may not fully represent the final release, which arrives March 26 this year. How did you find the frame rate and resolution in the Monster Hunter Rise demo so far? Leave a comment below.
