4,237 apartment units in 7 additional tenders at ‘reduced price’ – real estate

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Rami (Israel Land Authority) report marketing to developers of 4,237 housing units in Rishon Lezion, Ramat Gan, Lod, Nazareth Beit Shemesh, Sderot and Ma’ale Adumim, as part of the new housing program ‘Reduced Price’. 50% of the apartments under construction saturated with tenders in these cities will be sold in reduced housing and the rest in the free market.

According to the new plan, the winners are selected in two stages: in the first stage, the one who offered the lowest price per square meter is selected. In the second stage, from among those who offered the lowest price, the bid that offered the highest addition on the ground is selected.

In the “Norit” neighborhood in Rishon Lezion, 818 units were marketed at a starting price of NIS 1.46 million for an 85-square-meter apartment, a discount of about 18% of the market price. A 100-square-meter apartment will be sold starting at NIS 1.7 million.

In Lod, 343 units were marketed at a starting price of NIS 977,000 for an 85-square-meter apartment. Discount of about 28% of the market price. A 100-square-meter apartment will be sold starting at NIS 1.13 million.

In Beit Shemesh, 1,036 units were marketed using the ‘plan and build’ method, of which 820 are for saturated construction and 50% will be sold at a reduced price, at a starting price of NIS 1.1 million for an 85-square-meter apartment. Discount of about 15% of the market price. A 100-square-meter apartment will be sold starting at NIS 1.3 million

In Ramat Gan, 833 units were marketed at a starting price of NIS 1.56 million for an 85-square-meter apartment. Discount of about 21% of the market price. A 100-square-meter apartment will be sold at a price starting at NIS 1.8 million.

In the Galilee neighborhood of Nazareth, 179 were marketed at a starting price of NIS 610,000 for an 85-square-meter apartment, a discount of about 38% of the market price. In addition, a grant of NIS 60,000 will be given to the buyer. A 100-square-meter apartment will be sold starting at NIS 718

In Sderot, 1,010 housing units were marketed using the ‘plan and build’ method at a starting price of NIS 611 for an 85-square-meter apartment, a discount of about 23% of the market price. In Ma’ale Adumim, 18 units were marketed at a starting price of NIS 1.3 million for an 85-square-meter apartment, a discount of about 10% of the market price. A 100-square-meter apartment will be sold starting at NIS 1.5 million.
