The protest over the death of the late Ahuvia Godfather continues – and with it the serious disturbances. After ten consecutive days of protests, some of them violent, a huge demonstration is about to take place tomorrow evening in front of DIP offices in the city – under the title “Ahui Ahuvia cries!”

The protesters are protesting against the police, who claim to have made an unnecessary pursuit of five boys and thus also caused an accident in which a godfather was killed. It should be noted that DIP has opened an investigation into the police officers involved, but has not yet published its conclusions.
According to the organizers of the demonstration, “the police car hit the boys’ car and caused the death of its late lover. An hour and a quarter later, her late lover was abandoned in the field. The boys have not yet been questioned in the DIP, their version has not been heard! “
Meanwhile, Interior Minister and Shas chairman Aryeh Deri donated NIS 1,000 in memory of the late Godfather, as part of a crowd-funding project initiated by his parents to establish a synagogue in his memory near Kochav Hashahar. Right-wing chairman Naftali Bennett donated NIS 360. According to Berla Crombie, the campaign’s director, about two-quarters of a million shekels were raised within two days.
