In less than a year, Shiomi managed to introduce three different flagship devices, which is only under its main brand, and without taking into account the “Radmi” and “Foucault” brands. The Xiaomi Mi 11 was introduced only yesterday (Monday, 28.12) for the Chinese market, and will probably come in another “Pro” version later, but is this a significant upgrade over the Mi 10 device introduced in February 2020 or the Mi 10T Pro introduced Last September? We placed the three devices opposite each other, to examine what had changed.

Design: Bigger looks better

The multiplicity of cameras is leading phone makers to introduce designs that will catch the eye of those looking to purchase a new phone, but the design does not necessarily indicate significant differences in the photo sets themselves. The Mi 11 and Mi 10T Pro models have been moved by Shiomi to a new design of the camera system, which features one camera that appears in a larger structure than the others, in front of a uniform structure of one camera below the other in the Mi 10 model.

A similar direction can be seen on the front of the devices, with a selfie camera located inside a hole in the top and left of the display, with the Mi 10 and Mi 11 displays convex views, while the Mi 10T Pro offers a flat screen that does not incorporate a fingerprint sensor As with the other two models, and this we can find on the frame of the Mi 10T Pro.

The dimensions of the three devices are not substantially different, but there are differences between them, with the advantage going to the newest model, the Mi 11, which offers the largest screen and manages to maintain smaller dimensions (except for height) and lower weight.

The cameras

The camera system of the devices may look different in its form, but when you go into the technical details you find a lot of similarities. The main sensor in the Mi 11, Mi 10 and Mi 10T Pro models comes in 108 megapixel resolution, with an f / 1.9 aperture key in the newest model, and f / 1.7 in the other two models. Although this is a lower aperture key in the new model, keep in mind that the image processor in the new model is more advanced thanks to the integration of the Snapdragon 888, compared to the image processor in the Snapdragon 865 model that is available in the other two models.
