The District Planning and Building Committee in the Central District has submitted a plan for the construction of a rental housing project in the locality of Jaljulia. The project is planned on six dunams in the eastern part of Jaljulia, where about 100 housing units will be built, spread over four buildings, with seven floors and above a commercial floor.
