Oppo has unveiled the flagship device Reno5 Pro Plus, which comes with Sony’s IMX766 50-megapixel photo sensor, fast charging with a maximum power of 65 watts, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 chipset and up to 12 GB of working memory (RAM) .
The Reno5 Pro Plus model offers a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen, with a display resolution + Full HD in 1080 × 2400 pixels, support for the standard + HDR10, a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a fingerprint reader that is activated by touching the display. At the top and left of the screen you can find a small hole in which a 5-lens selfie camera with a 32-megapixel sensor with an f / 2.4 aperture key is integrated. The selfie camera also supports video recording with a maximum resolution of 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Beyond the back of the device is a square photo array, led by a 6-lens camera with Sony’s IMX766 sensor, which offers up to 50 megapixel resolution through an f / 1.8 aperture key. The main sensor supports image and optical video (OIS) and electronic (EIS) image stabilization to prevent vibrations while shooting.

In addition to the main photo sensor, you can also find a 16-megapixel sensor for taking wide-angle photos via an f / 2.2 aperture key, a telephoto camera with a 13-megapixel sensor that allows an optical zoom of up to 5 times through an f / 2.4 aperture key and a 2-megapixel macro camera. -Pixel with f / 2.4 aperture key. On the video side, there is support for filming with a maximum resolution of 4K at 30/60 frames per second, and for slow motion recording of up to 480 frames per second at 720p.
Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 chipset, which includes an 8-core processor with a maximum frequency of 2.8GHz, and next to it working memory (RAM) with a volume of 8 or 12 GB of the LPDDR4x type, a fast storage component (UFS 3.1) with a capacity of 128 and 256 GB. The Reno5 Pro Plus model supports 5G networks as well as WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC, as it comes with the Android 11 operating system and the customized ColorOS 11.1 user interface.
The price of the device starts at 3999 yuan (about 612 dollars or 1970 NIS) for the 8GB RAM version and 128GB storage and rises to 4499 yuan (about 689 dollars or 2215 NIS) for the 12GB RAM version and -256GB storage. It will be available in China starting on 29.12.2020.
