Taiwanese airline EVA Air has rejected a pilot that failed to follow Covid-19 control measures in Taiwan and was linked to the first case that was broadcast locally since April, the Central News Agency reported. (CNA) was run by the state reported Wednesday.

The pilot flew to the United States on November 29 and returned to Taiwan on December 4. He underwent a Covid-19 test on December 18 and tested positive for antibodies on December 20.
