Among the rabbis participating in the conference: Rabbi Chaim Druckman, Rabbi Dov Lior, Rabbi Yaakov Ariel, Rabbi Zalman Melamed, Rabbi Chaim Steiner, Rabbi Isser Klonsky, Rabbi Yaakov Pilber, Rabbi Eitan Izman, Rabbi Tzafania Drori, Rabbi Eliezer Waldman, Rabbi Aryeh Stern David Chai HaCohen, Rabbi Elyakim Lebanon, Rabbi Mordechai Sternberg, Rabbi Uri Cohen, Rabbi Micha Halevi, Rabbi Yaakov Shapira and Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu.

Rabbi David Chai HaCohen, rabbi and founder of the Kehilat Orot HaTorah in Bat Yam, one of the initiators of the move, said: “Torah on key issues on the agenda has managed to unite diverse forces that we have not been accustomed to seeing together in recent years.”

The conference will be moderated by Rabbi Eitan Izman, one of the founders of the Zvia network and a longtime student of Rabbi Zvi Yehuda and who was the director general of the Chief Rabbinate at the time of Rabbi Avraham Shapira and the late Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu.

Rabbi Yossi Artziel of Kedumim, who coordinates the organization’s activities, said: “The meetings have been going on for several months and have lasted for many hours. As a precondition for the success of the move, it was decided that the organization would not deal with political party questions in religious Zionism, and the organization’s purpose would be to provide a discussion table for Torah knowledge and direction for the public. “The Jewish identity of the State of Israel. The organization’s calls and steps in these areas will soon be published. The organization is accompanied by professionals in the field of organizational consulting and advertising. The organization’s name was also chosen by its rabbis in consultation and advice with professionals.”

Alongside the organization’s activities, a body of young people has been established that supports its activities and is engaged in creating public infrastructure and organizational thinking for the benefit of this central organization. Rabbi Amit Pinchas from Bat Yam, who accompanies the youth activities, updated: “The surprising success of the initiative to gather the elders of the rabbis and form them into an active organization is a line that is difficult to overstate. “The religious public, unfortunately, in cultural directions is foreign to us. The public scarcity that has existed in the last decade is evident in everything. Now there is a breakthrough in public organization and great hope for drawing a clear line for renewal and cultural, Torah-based creation in all areas of life.”
