According to a report by Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier, Travis Fulton is charged with aggravated felony on February 17, 2021. Fulton is charged with attempting to bring in a minor for photography that is clear sex in November 2020. He is also accused of possession of a flash driver in which child pornographic material involved a child under 12 years of age between November 2018 and November 2020.

The uprising has cited court records as a source of information. Fulton was given a trial timeline in April and has pleaded not guilty to the affair.

Travis Fulton was charged with domestic violence in 2019 and is currently awaiting trial.
