United Launch Alliance expands L3Harris Technologies contract to support national security space launch program

United Launch Alliance (ULA) has extended L3Harris Technologies ’(NYSE: LHX) contract to provide mission-critical avionics and related services in support of the Vulcan Centaur rocket for the launch of the U.S. Space Force.

More than a year ago, ULA selected L3Harris to deliver the most critical and challenging missions for the new Vulcan Centaur rocket safely, securely and cost-effectively. For this contract extension, L3Harris

ULA will launch 60 percent of the National Space Launch (NSSL) emergency missions under the U.S. Space Force. It was competitively selected as the best value provider under NSSL Level 2 provision.
