Joe Park – who appeared on Tayshia Adams’ season of the Bachelorette – received the COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday.

The 36-year-old New York City-based Anesthesiologist is one of the first to do so after the vaccine was released to the U.S. on Monday.

Commenting on the step-by-step process on his social media, Park tried to reassure fans while saying he would provide updates on how he feels.

Filming himself in a mask and scrubs broke down the four-step process.

Park said people should take Tylenol for any ‘injection site pain’, before holding a bag of gummy fruit flavors he mocked as ‘treats for being so vewy bwave,’ in a talking baby.

He later posted a sticker saying ‘I received my Covid-19 vaccine,’ and wrote that he would post an ‘honest assessment’ of any symptoms or feelings on ‘1-3’ days, in addition to one-week, one-month and two-month symptoms.
