The Apple Heart Month Activity Challenge requires 60 minutes of exercise on Valentine’s Day

Only today, Apple Watch owners can complete the new Apple Watch activity challenge as a celebration of Heart Month, which aims to promote cardiovascular health.

Apple Watch Heart Month Challenge

The challenge, listed in the Fitness app on the iPhone, gives users action by earning 60 minutes on their Exercise ring.

Show your heart a little love. Get this prize by earning 60 minutes on your exercise ring this Valentine’s Day, February 14th.

Completing the challenge will give users a special badge that can be seen both in the Summary tab of the Fitness app on ‌iPhone‌ and in the Rewards section of the Activity app on Apple Watch.

Activity Challenges are often associated with special times or holidays throughout the year, including Earth Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Year. Earlier in February, Apple began a Unity challenge in marking black history, asking users to close their Transfer rings seven times in a row throughout the month.
