Shilpa Shetty does breathing exercise in Goa: Helps maintain a healthy balance between calm and chaos – fitness

It is no secret that Shilpa Shetty can do Yoga like nothing else. The actress, who is currently in Goa with her family, makes sure her fitness doesn’t take a back seat even when she’s on vacation. Shilpa has shared sights and pleasant moments from Goa. She recently posted a video of her daughter, Samisha trying to imitate the tunes of her father, Raj Kundra.

Now she has shared a video of herself doing a breath-taking exercise in green tea instead of a favorite holiday of celebrities. The mother of the two also acknowledged that it is very difficult to get out of a holiday feeling and move back to a daily routine that involves work. She also mentioned the benefits of breathing exercise.

She shared the video with the caption, “Changing gears and moving back to daily work will not be easy after the holiday season. However, maintaining a healthy balance between calm and chaos is essential. This is an exercise that I do divinely when I want to moderate myself. Inhale and take a deep breath, full of positive thoughts and send all the negative thoughts / feelings into the universe as love and light (sic). ”

Shilpa said, “This meditation helps you focus on the things that need attention, centers and gives you the burner to deal with the stress you are exerting each day. Do this for a few minutes but unhindered, connect to the universe; and align your mind, body, and soul to prepare yourself for the day ahead. Start with just five minutes of deep breathing today. (sic). ”
