The famous motel where the Schitt’s Creek exhibition was located could be yours for $ 1.6 million.

Known as the Rosebud Motel, the Hockley Motel is a well-known building and is located in Mono, Ontario, about 50 miles northwest of downtown Toronto.

Prior to the Emmy-winning comedy series starring Eugene Levy, his son Dan Levy, Catherine O’Hara and Annie Murphy, he worked as a house for Canadian basketball collectors.

The current owner Jesse Tipping bought the place in 2012 for $ 820,000 so he will have doubled his money if he can sell for the usual asking price.

Tipping said he would like ‘the next owner to turn the building into a motel with a Schitt’s Creek theme in praise of the exhibition.’

The site featured in Schitt’s Creek pilot program, in which main characters, the Wealthy Roses, find themselves in financial ruins after being the victim of a deceptive business manager.

Moved from their property, the family has to move to the same property that the IRS did not, a small town called Schitt’s Creek.
