These are “educational institutions”, a company that operates hundreds of community centers in the city, including gyms for the Tel Aviv Municipality, including country houses and gyms. The network ended the work of the guide because it did not agree to present a green card or a negative check, as its managers see great importance in maintaining the public health of its customers and continuing leisure services on a regular basis after a long period when the centers were closed.

At the end of the current closure and the opening of the centers, the network decided that its employees, who are employed in pools, gyms and studio halls and have contact with the public, will be required to present a green card certificate or present a negative result on corona tests performed up to 72 hours prior. In the present case, one of the employees who served as a squash instructor refused to follow the instruction and refused to present a “green mark” certificate or negative checks and therefore the company did not allow the employee to enter the country gates and provide service to the country customers.

Later, his work at the company was terminated. In response, he applied to the court in order to prevent his dismissal and in a preliminary hearing, on the recommendation of the court, the employee withdrew his request and terminated his employment with the company.
