In those days at this time: At the initiative of the Jerusalem Municipality, the ‘Torah Culture Division’ and the ‘Director of the Ramat Shlomo Community’, a seventh Hanukkah candle was held tonight, the main Hanukkah show hosted by Yedidya Meir, featuring great Hassidic and Mizrahi singers.

The special show takes place under the sign “In those days at this time” when the great Hassidic and Mizrahi singers perform the most nostalgic and beloved classics of the past. The show features giant Hassidic singer, composer and singer Dudi Kalish, Moti Wiesel, Moshe David Weissmandel, Itzik Eshel, Yishai Lapidot, Ari Goldwag, Aharon Razel, Simcha Friedman, Mandy Roth, Ari Hill, Yankee Oish, soul choir and child prodigy Mandy Roth, Accompanied by the expanded orchestra of arranger and conductor maestro Yoeli Dickman.

At the center of the show is a breathtaking artistic program, a powerful and moving musical that will tell about the sanctity and uniqueness of Hanukkah candles combined with actors, singers and dancers.

“Jerusalem is happy to present to the general public in the Jewish world happy and special Hanukkah performances that are suitable for all sectors,” says Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon. “Every year during Hanukkah, Jews from all over the world come to Jerusalem to soak up its special atmosphere. This year, due to the restrictions some of them avoid, this is why we decided to bring the joy of Hanukkah in Jerusalem to you.”

“Jerusalem is the city where the victory and the great miracle of Hanukkah took place, and it is our responsibility to bring the light of Hanukkah to as many homes in Israel as possible,” the mayor adds. “We have invested a lot in bringing this light, whether it is in invested musical performances with the best singers, art shows, children’s shows and more. I am sure that next year we will be able to celebrate God together, as one man with one heart here in Jerusalem.”
