Speaking ahead of Saturday’s Sevilla clash, Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman urged the striker to do more to share the goal-scoring duties with Messi.

The 57-year-old Dutchman said at his pre-match press conference: “He [Messi] cannot always do it alone. Messi has 18 goals.

“The other attackers have the same number, together he needs help.

“You never have to ask the best or most experienced players to make a difference.
