The Kenya Magical Open will be played without TV coverage for a third day on Saturday, while European Tour Productions tries to solve “ongoing supply problems”.
European Tour Productions (ETP) had hoped that live world bait coverage – used by Sky Sports and global broadcast partners – would be available in time for the third round, but they have since confirmed that there will be television action on Saturday.
Karen Country Club ‘s four rounds were to be shown live on Sky Sports, with the European Tour event the first of rounds in Kenya, with ETP still hopeful that they can make it to Sunday’ s final.

In a statement, European Tour Productions said: “Unfortunately, due to ongoing supply constraints beyond our control, we will not be able to deliver global live coverage on the third day of the Kenya Magical Tournament. presented by Johnnie Walker on Saturday, March 20, 2021.
“In co-operation with the local and national authorities we are always working to resolve the situation as soon as possible, and we hope to be in a position to provide live coverage for a day or so. the end of the competition.

A 30-minute show, looking back at the best of the action in the third round, will be shown on Sky Sports Golf on Saturday afternoon – after the Honda Classic ends – at 10pm.

Players will go out in three members under a two-tee lead in the third round, where Scott Hend and Kalle Samooja start in a lead portion after rounds of 64 and 66 respectively on the second day.
Scottish pair Connor Syme and Richie Ramsay share third place on 10 under with Dean Burmester from South Africa, and Calum Hill is two off the line with Justin Harding, Kurt Kitayama and Raphael Jacquelin.
The cancellation of Saturday’s Kenya Open broadcast means that a special Group action from the Honda Classic will now be live from 12.15pm on Sky Sports Golf. If facilities become available in Nairobi by Sunday, the final will be shown live on Sky Sports Golf as scheduled.
