Then, hop in the van with Panam and start making your way over to camp. It will signal a storm on your head as well, so time is of the essence. When you get there, take out the enemies however you like and enter the security room of the main building.

When you reach the security room, check the monitor in the middle of the room. Go to the “Local Network” tab and scroll down to “Remote Takeover.” This will take you to the security food and show you exactly where Saul is located.

Then start making your way down to him (it will be marked on your screen.) As soon as you find Saul, head back up the stairs to Panam. She will pull the van around the front of the building for you.

The storm is really building up now, and you will have boys on your tail when you leave. Take them out, and as soon as you reach the next building, go inside to escape the storm. You need to fix the breaker in the back room to get power on and fix the fuse box outside so that the heat works, and then go back inside.

The next morning, talk to Panam again outside. Walk with her to the motorcycles and she will give you the Overwatch Sniper Rifle as a thank you for her help.
