Deputy Minister of Transportation Uri Maklev and Chairman of the Finance Committee MK Moshe Gafni (Torah Judaism) responded to Avigdor Lieberman’s attack on the ultra-Orthodox public.
Maklev said during a visit to the Degel HaTorah headquarters in Beit Shemesh: “Lieberman is a racist and a dictator, everyone should condemn him, Lieberman is a danger, the answer is given at the ballot box.”
The chairman of the Torah Judaism Party, MK Moshe Gafni, said in response to Lieberman: “Today we will erase the smile of this anti-Semite.”
As mentioned, the chairman of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, MK Avigdor Lieberman, arrived this morning in Dizengoff Square in Tel Aviv to encourage residents to vote, and declared that the ultra-Orthodox are flocking to the polls:
“In the last election, about 1,200,000 people in cities with a clear secular majority did not go to the polls. I urge you to go to the polls. Only here in Tel Aviv almost 5 seats in the previous election did not come to decide. The ultra-Orthodox are flocking to the polls.
MK Yoel Rezbozov of Yesh Atid also distributed text messages in Russian to party activists in which he warned that “the ultra-Orthodox are flocking to the polls.”
