Ashdod will be able to host up to 3,000 spectators

In a complex with up to 10,000 seats – it will be possible to accommodate an audience of up to 75% of the space occupied or up to a roof number of 3,000 spectators, as in Ashdod.

The Corona Cabinet has approved the entry of 5,000 spectators into the large stadiums with over 10,000 seats and 3,000 to 10,000 seats. The outline was approved after great pressure from Sports Minister Hili Trooper. In addition, Minister Trooper also approved the outline of the rapid tests in the field of sports. This means that an audience that cannot be vaccinated will be able to enter pitches with the help of speed tests.

Approved outline:

Indoor halls:

A. In a hall with up to 5,000 seats – it will be possible to accommodate an audience of up to 75% of the occupancy, or up to a roof number of 1,000 spectators.
B. In a hall with more than 5,000 seats – it will be possible to accommodate an audience of up to 30% of the occupancy, or up to a roof number of 3,000 spectators.

2. Stadiums and open-air performance complexes:

A. In a complex with up to 10,000 seats – it will be possible to accommodate an audience of up to 75% of the occupancy or up to a roof number of 3,000 spectators.
B. In a complex with more than 10,000 seats – it will be possible to accommodate an audience of up to 30% of the occupancy or up to a roof number of 5,000 spectators.
