The Whitesmoke company announced today the conclusion of investment agreements by way of a private allotment, amounting to NIS 11.9 million, joining the investment in the amount of NIS 8.7 million. The scope of the total investment in the company is approximately NIS 20 million, with the investment being made at a price of NIS 2.75, which constitutes an upside over the share price on the stock exchange.
As part of the investment, Yariv Gilat, Final Founder and veteran of Algo Trading in Israel, will be appointed active chairman of the company’s board of directors and will lead the company’s entry into and activity in the new field of activity, including nostro and algo trading investments, venture capital investments in blockchain technologies and digital asset management. .

Altshuler Shaham will invest NIS 10 million and become stakeholders in the company. In addition, the company has signed agreements with 3 additional investors who will invest in the company, each according to his share, a total of NIS 1.9 million.
