What was said?

“I don’t know what Juve need. They are in the Coppa Italia Final, they won the Supercoppa, they are fighting for the top four. The Champions League is a lottery, it can turn sixpence. ”

Having previously led AC Milan to title glory, Allegri once again played that trick five times with the Bianconeri.

He collected three Serie A Coach of the Year awards during that run and also had four successes in Coppa Italia.

In total, Allegri looked at 191 wins with Juventus from 271 led games, and suffered just 37 hits.

That was not enough to keep him in a challenging position, with the 53-year-old saying when he left: “We have reached a natural end. There were differences of opinion. The President made the decision and I still have a good relationship with Andrea (Agnelli).

“It was a real Alchemy for five years, and with so many elements just a click away, we made big moves on the move market, we had fun.

“The hierarchy, therefore, the president, (Fabio) Paratici and (Pavel) Nedved, decided to make a change. The end of that last season was the logical conclusion of the relationship between Juventus and me.

“I’m still very fond of Juventus, and at a professional level I’m really passionate about those clubs where I work, I’ve done the same at Milan and Cagliari before that.”
