A 6-year-old man was moderately injured today by a vehicle on Nehemiah Street in Bnei Brak. Volunteers from the rescue organizations in the city who were called to the scene provided him with primary medical care and he was taken to the hospital.

In a car accident that occurred today (Sunday) on Nehemiah Street in Bnei Brak, a 6-year-old boy was injured and taken to the hospital. The boy, who suffered bruises to his head and face, was moderately injured after being hit by a vehicle while crossing the road.

Volunteers from the city’s rescue organizations who were called to the scene provided him with primary medical care. Paramedics Yehuda Lundner and Haim Finkelstein, who were the first to arrive at the scene of the accident, said: “When we arrived at the scene, we were directed to a pedestrian, a 6-year-old boy who was suffering from a bleeding facial injury after being hit by a vehicle.”

Police traffic investigators arrived at the scene and are investigating the circumstances of the accident. The medics added that “with the help of MDA paramedics, we provided him with life-saving primary medical care, and he is in fair condition for further treatment in a trauma room at Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer.”

The report of the accident was received by MDA around 3:00 PM. The organization said that following a child injured in a vehicle on Nehemiah Street in Bnei Brak, “MDA medics and paramedics provide medical care and refer a 6-year-old boy in moderate condition to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer. head injury”.

Yehiel Miller, a paramedic from the Rescue Union who provided the child with first aid, said: “This is a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle. I gave him first aid and then he was taken to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer in fair condition.”
